1. It has been recorded in the order dated 21.11.2011 that the petitioner has voluntarily paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- by way of demand draft in favour of the complainant on account of the dowry articles. The draft has been accepted by the complainant without any prejudice to her rights and contentions on the merits of the case.
2. It has also been recorded that the jewellery worth of Rs.2 lakhs is still with the petitioner.
3. In view of the facts and circumstances, this court has also BAIL APPLN. 1390/2011 Page 1 of 2 interacted with the petitioner and the complainant as well.
4. Having regard to the facts of the case, in the event of the arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/MM/Duty MM.
5. In view of the above bail application is allowed and stands disposed of.
