1. Vide the instant petition the petitioners have sought quashing of the FIR No.771/2005 registered at police station Jahangirpuri, Delhi under Section 498A/406/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 against petitioner Nos.1 to 8 on complaint of petitioner No.9/complainant.

2. All the petitioners have affixed their photographs including the petitioner No.9/complainant. In addition, she has also produced her original voter identity card bearing No.TMI0864900 issued by Election Commission of India. Original seen and returned to her.

3. Petitioner No.9 present in the Court submits that she has studied upto 12th standard and since 20.09.2008 she has joined her matrimonial home and living happily with petitioner No.1. She has no dispute qua the aforementioned FIR against the petitioners, therefore, she is not interested in pursuing her case. She has no objection of the aforesaid FIR is quashed.

4. Keeping the statement of petitioner No.9 and the fact that she has joined her matrimonial home and living happily with her husband/petitioner No.1, FIR No.771/2005 registered at police station Jahangirpuri, Delhi against petitioner Nos.1 to 8 and the proceedings emanating thereto are hereby quashed.

5. Accordingly, Criminal M.C.No.2035/2011 is allowed and stands disposed of.
