* The learned counsel for the respondents contends that the Courts at Delhi does not have jurisdiction. According to Clause 15 of the advertisement, the jurisdiction is of the Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh as the regional office where the application was submitted by the petitioner and other steps were taken was at the regional office, Chandigarh.

After some arguments, in the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file the appropriate writ petition in the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. All the pending applications are disposed off. WP(C) No.8306/2011 Page 1 of 2

Considering the facts and circumstances the interim order dated 30th November, 2011 directing the respondents to reserve one post of Constable (GD) CISF/CRPF/BSF/SSB will continue for two weeks more.
