The learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance notice states that the petitioner has not exhausted the remedy of revision as contemplated under Rule 29 of the CRPF Rules, 1955.
The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Revisional authority in accordance with law.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
