+CM No. 4559/2012 in WP(C) No. 974/2012 * This is an application by the petitioner/applicant to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file the fresh petition after impleading the appropriate parties, and annexing all the relevant annexures and reliefs prayed for on the subject of issue/issues between the parties. The show cause notice has yet not been issued in the writ petition.
Consequently, the application is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty as prayed for.
