* Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that pursuant to the notice to Sh.Hans Raj, objections have been filed by him.
Learned counsel for the petitioners also wants to justify the stand of the petitioners on the basis of the objections filed by Sh.Hans Raj, which were not considered by the Tribunal as the objections were not W.P.(C) No.7156/2010 Page 1 of 2 before the tribunal. The learned counsel wants to rely on the pleas and contentions of said respondent No.2. This Court cannot consider these objections/pleas and contentions of respondent No.2 unless they are considered by the Tribunal.
In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek review of impugned order also on the basis of objections which have been taken by Sh.Hans Raj, the direct recruit as library attendant.
In the circumstances the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
All the pending applications are also disposed of.
