1.             Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, seeks

to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate review

application along with an application seeking condonation of delay in

filing the review application before the Central Administrative

Tribunal.

 2.             Consequently,   the   writ   petition   is   dismissed   as

withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.

3.             However, in the facts and circumstances, interim order

passed by this Court shall continue for another four weeks from

today, during which period the petitioner shall be at liberty to file the

review application with an application seeking condonation of delay

in filing the review application. Further interim order, if any, shall

be sought from the Tribunal in accordance with law.
