This petition/application under Section 24 CPC has been made for transfer of HMA Petition No. 112/2009 pending before the Court of Ms. Vineeta Goel, ADJ to another Court on the ground of bias etc. The petitioner had moved a similar application before the District Judge and the District Judge after serving notice on the other side and calling comments of the learned Presiding Officer, considered the entire matter and dismissed the application by a detailed speaking order. The second application/petition under Section 24 CPC for transfer of this petition/suit would not lie before the High Court. The petition/application is hereby dismissed.
