ORDER

This application has been made for suspension of sentence by the accused who has been convicted under Section 393/398 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act and sentenced to 7 years imprisonment under Section 393/398 IPC and 3 years imprisonment under Section 25 of the Arms Act.

Looking into the role of the accused and the fact that the accused was armed at the time of robbery, I consider that it is not a fit case for suspension of sentence. The application is dismissed.
