* This is a petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure by Delhi Development Authority for transfer of an application under Section 14 of the Arbitration Act, 1940 registered as Civil Suit No.211/2008 pending before Ms.Geetanjali, Civil Judge (W), Delhi to the Court of Sh.Ashu Garg, Civil Judge (Central), Delhi where another petition filed by the petitioner under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is pending being Suit No.261/2008 and which is fixed for 25th May, 2009.
The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to both the petitions being tried by the same Judge without prejudice to right and contentions of the respondent.

Consequently, the petition is allowed. The application under Section 14 of the Arbitration Act, 1940 registered as Civil Suit No.211/2008 pending before Ms.Geetanjali, Civil Judge (W), Delhi is transferred to the Court of Sh.Ashu Garg, Civil Judge (Central), Delhi where petition under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as suit No.261/2008 is pending which is fixed for 25th May, 2009. The application is, therefore, disposed of.
Parties are directed to appear before Sh.Ashu Garg, Civil Judge (Central), Delhi on 25th May, 2009.
