1. This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is directed against the order dated 20.01.2009 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in a batch of original applications including O.A. No. 1689/2008 filed by Sh. Raghu Raj Singh, the respondent. By the same order, O.A. W.P.(C.) No.13900/2009 Page 1 of 2 No.1253/2008 titled "Sh. Ram Kishan Vs. Union of India and Ors." was also allowed, as it was based on identical facts and the issues arising were also the same.

2. We have dealt with the writ petition preferred by the petitioner arising out of the common judgment in the case of Sh. Ram Kishan, as aforesaid, while dealing with W.P. (C) No.13894/2009, which is also being heard today along with the present writ petition. We have found no infirmity in the impugned common order dated 20.01.2009 passed by the Tribunal. For the reasons stated in our order of even date in W.P. (C) No.13894/2009, we dismiss this writ petition.
