1. The petitioner impugns the order dated 30.11.2009 passed in M.A. No. 2392/2009 in O.A. No. 2201/2009 whereby the notice of the application has been issued to the petitioners for 17.12.2009 and in the meanwhile one post of General Manager has been directed not to be filled by the petitioner.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances and the pleas raised by the parties it is desired that the Tribunal dispose off the application M.A. No. 2392/2009 either on 17.12.2009 or at any other early date. W.P.(C.) No.13898/2009 Page 1 of 2
3. The learned counsel for the parties have also contended that none of the parties shall take adjournment on 17.12.2009, the date fixed for hearing of M.A. No. 2392/2009.
4. With these directions the writ petition and applications are disposed off.
