* The learned APP has produced the verification report in the Court. The report has been taken on record. Perusal of the report reveals that appellant Anwar Ansari had expired on 15th May, 2008. Photocopy of the death certificate is also filed along with the report which reveals that the appellant Anwar Ansari died on 15th May, 2008. The death certificate has also been verified by the concerned authorities. The learned counsel for the appellant, Ms.Jayatee Chatterjee also states that the appellant has since died. Since the appellant has died, the appeal has abated. The appeal is dismissed as abated. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
