JUDGMENT
MANMOHAN, J: (ORAL)
1. Despite a pass-over, none is present on behalf of the petitioner.
2. However, I have perused the file and I find that the petitioner has already been granted regular bail by learned Additional Sessions Judge vide its order dated 22nd November, 2006. Consequently, the prayer made by the petitioner for quashing of order dated 17th Page 1 of 2 November, 2006 passed MM, rejecting petitioner's bail, does not survive.
3. Accordingly the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
