* Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.Vats, on instructions from Inspector Anil Sharma, Investigating Officer, states that documents produced have been got verified and they are correct. It is also stated that the doctors have advised presence of one person with the wife of the accused in the night.
The petitioner was released on interim bail for a period of four weeks by order dated 1st July, 2008 in Bail Application No.1307/2008. Bail Appl. No.1592/2008 Page 1 of 2
In the facts and circumstances, interim bail of the petitioner is further extended for a further period of eight weeks from today on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of a family member of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court on the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the order dated 1st July, 2008.
The petition is disposed of.
