This appeal is preferred against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.12535/2004 on 27.9.2004 It is clear that, as pointed out by the respondents in the affidavit, no distributorship has been granted against the advertisement dated 29.12.1997. It may be noted that the petitioner was claiming the right under this advertisement. In view of the communication received from the concerned Ministry, the entire procedure of interview has been cancelled and now the Ministry has advised to conduct fresh interview of the candidates who apppeared in the earlier interview. Therefore, it is clear that the appellant will be considered again and in view thereof we find no merit. The appeal is dismissed.
