JUDGMENT Madan B. Lokur, J.
1. This appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent is directed against the judgment and order dated 27th March, 2003 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP (C) No. 4854/1999.
2. The facts of the present appeal are similar to the facts in the connected appeal being LPA No. 761/2003, the only difference being that the land of Respondent No. 1 in this case bears Khasra No. 86/7 admeasuring 4 bighas and 16 biswas situate in the revenue estate of Village Narela, Delhi.
3. The case filed by Respondent No. 1 under Section 85 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 in the Court of the Sub Divisional Magistrate/Revenue Assistant (SDM/RA) was filed on 23rd August, 1990 and was decided by the SDM/RA on 6th September, 1993.
4. All other facts in this appeal are identical with the facts in LPA No. 761/2003 including the date of the order impugned in the writ petition.
5. For reasons recorded in LPA No. 761/2003, this appeal is also dismissed.
