JUDGMENT Madan B. Lokur, J.
1. The Respondents in this case are working as Furniture Polishers. There is no reason to treat them differently from any other category of workers, particularly Carpenters. Under the circumstances, it is held that all Furniture Polishers are entitled to the benefit of SSC pay scales with effect from 1st April,1998.
2. The Respondents will be entitled to costs of Rs.1,000/- each.
