ORDER Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, we are of the opinion that a subsequent decision rendered by the Supreme Court cannot be a ground for review of the earlier judgments. After this order was passed, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
