JUDGMENT (1) The damage claimed must arise out of the transaction of repurchase of the store in respect of which the default -was committed and the transaction or the purchase must be relatable to that requirement. An independent transaction or purchase even at a higher price would not justify the claim of damages. Remote or indirect damage is barred by Section 73 of the Contract Act.
