For Petitioner : Mr. A.N.Pandey, Advocate For Respondents No.1, 2, : Mr. Sharad Mishra, Panel Lawyer 3&5 For Respondent No.4 : Mr. Rajkumar Gupta, Advocate (Single Bench) Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order on Board 20.03.2026

1. The Office of the Accountant General issued the order dated 28.10.2013 (Annexure P-1) directing the petitioner to deposit Rs. 57576/- as a negative balance, which the petitioner has deposited along-with interest upto November, 2014, which is apparent from the letter dated 22.11.2014 (Annexure R-1) and after five years of his retirement, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.10.2013 (Annexure P-1), which petitioner himself has complied without any protest and deposited the amount along-with interest.

2. Since the petitioner himself has complied the impugned order and deposited the amount along-with interest without any protest, he cannot challenge the same after his retirement. Therefore, I do not find any merit in this petition, the same is liable to be and hereby dismissed.
