Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners' lands have been acquired in the year 2010 by the respondents/Authorities/SECL, despite that no compensation, employment or rehabilitation has been granted to them.

In reply, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3/SECL submits, on instructions, that the respondent SECL 2/2 is prepared to provide alternative accommodation with necessary amenities, however, the petitioners are not cooperating with the measurement, valuation, and other procedures regarding the subject land for further proceeding.

In the circumstances, counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 is direct to file detailed reply particularly explaining regarding procedure etc. to provide alternative accommodation with amenities as per Schedule 2 and 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR) Act, 2013.

As prayed by counsel for the parties, list this case along with WPC No.5760/2024.
