Heard on I.A. No. 06/2026, an application
seeking deletion of the name of appellant No. 4.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that
appellant No. 4, namely Kashiram, died on
07.06.2021 and his legal representatives are already
on record. Therefore, he prays for deletion of the
name of appellant No. 4 from the memo of appeal.
On due consideration and for the reasons
assigned, I.A. No. 06/2026 is allowed.
Necessary amendment be carried out within 10
days.

Also heard on I.A. No. 07/2026, an application
filed under Order 1 Rule 10 of the CPC seeking
deletion of respondent No. 4. Learned counsel for the
appellant submits that respondent No. 4, namely Smt. Laichia Bai, has died and her legal representatives are already on record; therefore, he prays for deletion of her name from the memo of appeal.
On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, I.A. No. 07/2026 is allowed.
Necessary amendment be carried out within 10 days.
Learned counsel for the appellant is also directed to file the amended cause title of the memo of appeal.
