1. This petition is filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, seeking an appropriate direction to the learned trial Court to expeditiously conclude the proceedings filed by the petitioner/complainant under Section 175(3) of the BNSS for offences punishable under Sections 7, 108, 115(2), 351, 199 of the BNS, Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, and Sections 3(2)(v) and 4(1) of the SC/ST Act, which is pending (unregistered) before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baikunthpur, District Koriya (C.G.).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application under Section 175(3) of BNSS is pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baikunthpur, District Koriya (C.G.) since 22.01.2025. As per the trial Court's order-sheet dated 01.09.2025, the police report has also been received; however, there is a delay in the disposal of the case by the trial Court, therefore, an appropriate direction may be issued by this Court.
3. I have heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the documents annexed with the petition including the order sheets of the Trial Court.
4. Considering the overall material on record and the limited prayer made in this petition, without commenting on the merits of the case, the Trial Court is directed to make all endeavours to expedite and conclude the proceedings filed by the petitioner/complainant under Section 175(3) of the BNSS, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations/direction, this petition stands finally dispose off at the admission stage itself.
6. Office is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance forthwith. Sd/-
