1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.

"10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pass necessary order for permission and further entry of the higher qualification in the service book of the petitioner and in the gradation list going to be published in the situation of 1.04.2025.

10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities the representation of the petitioner. to consider the 10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate."

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner while working on the post of Teacher has obtained the degree of Msc (Physics) from the Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal (Distance Education) 2023-2024, however, even after submitting the application along with the copies of the marksheets, additional qualification obtained by the petitioner has not been entered in service record. He contended that similarly placed other teachers posted in the Bilaspur Division, they were granted Post-Facto permission to pursue the other courses. Petitioner had submitted representation before respondent No. 3, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame.

3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection.

4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
