1. The petitioner have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.

"A. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to correct the erroneous entry in the number of students at Primary School Salhedabri (Kota) and not to treat the petitioner as a surplus teacher on the basis of incorrect data.

B. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to consider and decide representation submitted by the the petitioner (Annexure P/1) within a stipulated time frame C. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased as same similar case in WPS No. 2075/2026 the party name Mongra Dewangan Vs state of C.G. & Ors. decided on 26.02.2026. Passed by this Hon'ble court identical case.

D. Any other relief may kindly be pleased granted as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. E. Cost of the petition."

2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 29.10.2025, at the earliest, within specified time frame.

3. Learned counsel for State submits that he has no objection on the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.

4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.10.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
