Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the reply submitted by the respondents and further observations made by coordinate bench of this Court in Para 20 of the order dated 30.11.2015 passed in WPS No. 832 of 2012, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before appropriate authority challenging Clause 6.10.0 of NCWA.

2. In view of above submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
