2. The Parties have filed a docket/compromise petition stating therein that Respondent/Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional amount of Rs. 1,10,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Ten Thousand only) in addition to the amount awarded by the Tribunal within a period of 60 days from today. The docket is duly filled-in and signed by both the parties.

3. The compromise sought for by the parties is permitted and the matter in hand stands disposed of.
4. The docket be made part of this record.
5. A copy of the compromise arrived at between the parties (docket) be sent to the Claims Tribunal along with its record, if any, and a copy of the award passed today, forthwith. Conditions imposed by the Claims Tribunal will remain intact.
