1. The present petition has been filed seeking direction to set-aside the impugned promotion order dated 19.6.2025 passed by the respondent No. 3.
2. Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Hence both the parties compromised the dispute amicably and as such nothing remains in this petition for adjudication.
3. The contesting parties to this petition have amicably settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable. We accordingly accept the compromise/ settlement, proposed by the parties.
4. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be made part of this record.
5. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
