1. The present petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 24.05.2021 (Annexure P/1) whereby petitioner has been transferred from Range Officer, Karpawand (General) Range Vanmandal Bastar to Chief Conservator of Forest Jagdalpur.
2. Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest and as such, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and both the parties compromised the dispute amicably.
3. In that view of the matter that contesting parties to this petition have amicably settled/compromised the dipuste. We have also found that the terms and conditions of the compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable. We accordingly accept the compromise/settlement, proposed by the parties.
4. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be made part of this record.

5. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of.
