1. The present petition has been filed seeking direction to set-aside the impugned order dated 14.9.2018 passed by the respondent No.

2. Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that petitioner is willing to arrive at a settlement. Hence both the parties compromised the dispute amicably and as such nothing remains in this petition for adjudication.
3. The contesting parties to this petition have amicably settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable. We accordingly accept the compromise/ settlement, proposed by the parties.
4. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be made part of this record.
