2. The compromise sought for by the parties is permitted and the matter in hand stands disposed of.

3. The docket be made part of this record.

4. A copy of the compromise arrived at between the parties (docket) be sent to the Claims Tribunal along with its record, if any, and a copy of the award passed today, forthwith. Conditions imposed by the Claims Tribunal will remain intact.
