1. As the common reliefs have been sought in all these writ, they are heard together and disposed of by this common order.
2. For the sake of convenience of this Court, WPS No. 2290 of 2026 is taken as lead case, in which petitioner sought following reliefs:-
"10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioner's seniority in the gradation list from his initial date of joining i.e. 22.08.2005, and to place him at the appropriate position accordingly, considering his continuous service.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant all consequential benefits, including consideration for promotion, fixation of pay and seniority based benefits, arising out of correcting of the petitioner's seniority. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate."
3. After arguing for sometime, counsel for petitioners submits that as petitioners have already submitted representation before the concerned respondent-District Education Officers, which are pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame.
4. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners, they are having no objection.
5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of these writ petitions at this stage directing respondent-District Education Officer to consider and take 5/5 decision on pending representations of petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
