Heard on the question of admission. The Appeal is admitted for hearing on the following substantial question of law :
1. Whether the learned First Appellate court was justified in reversing the finding of the learned Trial Court with regard to the so called Wills (Exhibits D-8 and D-9) dated 30.11.2004 and 18.10.2010 ?2
2. Whether the defendant No. 1 has discharged the burden of proving the so called Wills (Exhibits D-8 and D-9) dated 30.11.2004 and 18.10.2010 in accordance with the provisions of law? Issue notice to the respondents, on payment of process fee within a period of 7 days. Ms. Shahreen Siddiqui on behalf of Mr. Adil Minhaj, Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1.
Mr. Lekhram Dhruv, P.L., appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 7, PF need not be paid in respect of respondents No. 1 & 7. List the case for final hearing in the weekly list in due course.
The interim relief granted vide order dated 03.07.2025 shall remain operative till the final disposal of the appeal.
