1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2

10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue direction to the respondents to make correct calculations as per Schedule 2 of the Pay Revision Rules, 2009.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue an appropriate writ for correct compliance in Annexure P/1 dated 18.10.2024. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly issue an appropriate writ to the respondent to grant salary as per Annexure p/3 to the petitioner.
10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice."

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled for revised pay scale pursuant to the circular issued by Respondent no. 3 dated 18.10.2024 vide Annexure P-1, however, till date the said benefit has not been extended to petitioner.

3. Upon asking, learned counsel for petitioner submits that whether he has approached the authority by filing an appeal/representation seeking for reliefs as prayed by him in this writ petition, he submits that no such representation/appeal has been submitted by petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for State submits that if petitioner submits an appeal/representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition, it will be considered in accordance with law.

5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties and nature of grievances raised in this writ petition, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, permitting 3 petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition before Respondents No. 2 and 3 and, if such a representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.

6. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation and direction.
