1. Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.
"10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call all the record of this case for the pertaining of the Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quashed the order dated 04.08.2010 of Sr. 216/C-2802/10/Finance/Rule/four (Finance Direction 32/2010) and Order Dated. 08.08.2018 Sr. 401/L 2018-71-00727/Finance/Rule/four (Finance Direction 43/2018). That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities for consideration the Rs. 2400/- grade pay and level 7 for the petitioners. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to fix the grade pay and Time Scale Pay discrepancy of the petitioners. 10.5 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there is disparity of pay in between Rural Health Organizer and the Technicians working in the Medical and Health Department, against which petitioners have submitted 3/3 representation. He however, submits that at this stage he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking permission of this Court to submit fresh comprehensive representation before the respondents-authorities and further direction be issued to the concerned authorities to take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioners at the earliest within specified time.
3. Learned State counsel submits that as the petitioners are seeking limited prayer of direction to respondents-authorities to consider and take decision on the claim/ representation of petitioners, he is having no objection.
4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to submit fresh comprehensive representation along with supporting documents before competent authorities raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and if such a representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of representation.
5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with aforesaid observations and directions.
