Today, though both these matters are listed for hearing on I.A.No. 01/2024, applications for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellants, however, considering the fact that the appellants are in jail since 04.01.2023, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, both the appeals are heard finally.

Judgment has been passed separately. Accordingly, I.A.No.01/2024 in both the appeals stand disposed of.
