1.This is the second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn on13.11.2024, by this Court in MCRC No. 5400 of 2024 without reserving any liberty in favour of the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the trial of the case has not been concluded till date and the applicant is in jail since 09.05.2024 therefore, he has filed this second bail application.
3. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application. 2
4. Taking into considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties, no any change in circumstance could be pointed out as to what are the stage of trial and how many witnesses have been examined till date.
5. In view of the above, I do not find any good ground to admit this second bail application of the applicant.
6. Accordingly, the present second bail application of the applicant is dismissed at the motion hearing stage.
