By the impugned judgment, appellant stands convicted and sentenced under Section 354 of IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. First suspension application of the appellant was dismissed on merits vide order dated 13.08.2024.
Considering the fact that first suspension application of the appellant has been dismissed on merits by this Court and there is no substantial change in the circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to entertain this second bail application at this stage.
Accordingly, IA No.2, second bail application of the appellant is hereby rejected.
