Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal has been preferred by the Appellant/Insurance Company only on the quantum of the award.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 opposes the above prayer made by counsel for the appellant.
On due consideration, the application is allowed (I.A. No.02/2023) subject to deposition of 75% of the award amount by the appellant within 45 days before the concerned Tribunal.
After deposition of above 75% amount of the award, he should be disbursed as per the direction issued by the Tribunal in the impugned judgment.
List this case after four weeks.
