                    On due consideration, this appeal is admitted for final
             hearing on the following Substantial Question of law:

                   A. Whether, the First Appellate Court rightly reversing
             the judgment and decree dated 25.07.2013 passed by the
             learned Trial Court?
                    B. Whether, the First Appellate Court rightly held that
             suit is barred by limitation and suit is suffer miss-joinder of
             necessary party?
                    Issue notice to the respondent No. 1 on admission as well

as I.A. No. 1, an application for grant of stay.

PF within a week.

Meanwhile, it is directed that both the parties shall maintain status quo of the suit property regarding the possession, as on date, till the next date of hearing.

List this case after four weeks.
