This is an admitted appeal.
In view of the directions given vide judgment dated 19/01/2022 passed in CRA No. 101/2021 (Akash Chandrakar and Anr. v. State of Chhattisgarh), notice is necessary to be issued to the victim/complainant/prosecutrix while considering the application under Section 389 of the Cr.P.C under the POCSO Act.
In view of above, let a notice be issued to the victim/complainant/prosecutrix for his/her appearance either through Video Conferencing from nearest DLSA or in person before this Court on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
Post the matter in the week commencing 18/04/2022.
