Notice to respondents No.3 & 4 by registered post with A/D. Also heard the learned counsel for the appearing parties on I.A. No.01 of 2020, whereby a prayer is made to stay the impugned judgment under assailment dated 22.06.2020 and to allow the appellant to continue on the post of Rozgar Sahayak. By the impugned judgment, the writ petition was dismissed and it is admitted position that respondent No.3 is working as Rozgar Sahayak.
2In that view of the matter, no case for interim order is made out and accordingly, the I.A. No.01 of 2020 is dismissed.
