1) Yesterday, the matter was called for hearing and learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant has died on 13.09.2020 and learned State counsel sought time to verify the above fact.

2) Today, the matter is taken up for final hearing. The sole appellant has died on 13.09.2020. Let death certificate of the appellant be brought on record during the course of day.

3) As such, the appeal is disposed off as stand abated on account of death of the appellant.
