In the aforesaid application it has been stated that appellant No.5 namely Munni Babu died on 5-11-2017 after passing of the judgment and decree by the First Appellate Court, leaving behind him the legal representatives No. 5 (1) to 5 (4) and they be permitted to prosecute the case on behalf of the deceased appellant No.5.
On the consideration, I.A.No. 1 of 2017 is allowed and legal representatives 5 (1) to 5 (4) of deceased appellant No.5 are permitted to prosecute the case.
List this case for admission after three weeks.
