Ms. Binu Sharma,, Panel Lawyer for the State. An application (I.A. No. 03 of 2022) for grant of ad-interim bail has been filed on the ground that sister of the appellant is getting married on 02.05.2022. The application is supported by marriage card of sister of the appellant and the affidavit of father of the appellant as well.

Learned counsel for the State has verified the above fact and she has no objection to release of the appellant on ad-interim bail.

By the impugned judgment dated 07.09.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) in Special Sessions Case No. 13/2019, the appellant stands convicted and sentenced as under:

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the appellant shall be released on temporary bail from 25.04.2022 to 05.05.2022 on 2 his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The appellant shall surrender before the Trial Court positively on 06 th of May, 2022. After the surrender of the appellant, the trial Court shall inform about the same to this Registry.

List this appeal in the week commencing 09.05.2022. Certified copy as per rules.
