        The Court: The last order dated March 10, 2026 speaks for itself

in detail.

        Learned Joint Receivers present in Court today through their

learned Advocate Mr. Vivek Basu filed the joint report in a sealed

envelope, the same is taken on record.

        The Joint Receivers pursuant to leave granted by this Court, have

served copies upon Mr. Arnab Mukherjee, learned Advocate appearing for

the decree-holder and Mr. Hareram Singh, learned Advocate appearing for

the judgment-debtor in Court today.

       Mr. Hareram Singh, learned Advocate appearing for the judgment-

debtor has renewed his submissions that six immovable properties, of

which Receivers have taken possession, can be put for sale which shall

definitely cover the decretal dues.

       On the prayer of Mr. Hareram Singh, learned Advocate appearing

for the judgment-debtor, time to file affidavit disclosing the details and

particulars of properties of the judgment-debtor in the manner as it is

indicated in the order dated March 10, 2026 stands extended for a

period of three weeks. Such an affidavit shall be filed on or before April

24, 2026, upon copy being furnished to the learned Advocate on Record

for the decree-holder.

       The order dated February 3, 2026 shows that an order of

injunction in terms of prayers (a) and (c) of the Tabular Statement is still

in force and the same shall continue until the same is varied or modified

or vacated by this Court.

       The proposal of the judgment-debtor to sell six immovable

properties shall be considered on the next day.

       Since the Joint Receivers have taken physical possession of six

properties which are        situated adjacent     to each   other,   a   further

remuneration of Rs.40,000/- each shall be paid to the learned Joint

Receivers by the decree-holder for the time being.

3 It is made clear that the remuneration altogether to be paid to the learned Receivers shall be added to the claim of the decree-holder at the time of final disposal of the execution application.
