The Court :- IA No.GA/1/2024 is an application for condonation of delay.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the respondent submits that, the appeal is not maintainable.

Wholly without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent and keeping the point of maintainability open, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay in making and filing the appeal. 2

IA No.GA/1/2024 is disposed of accordingly. The Court is informed that there are three other appeals including the present appeal relating to the same issue. In fact, it emanates from the initial judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of five writ petitions analogously.

List the three appeals on December 2, 2025. The appellants will prepare informal paper book in respect of three appeals and will serve the same upon the respondent.
