       The Court :- These are applications by the alleged directors of the

defendant/judgment debtor.

       The     decree   is   dated    June     10,   2024   for   a   total   sum   of

Rs.20,50,000/- along with interest thereupon at the rate of 12% per

annum.

       Shri Sumitendra Chandra Sen, one of the directors of the judgment

debtor is present in Court.

       The Court raises a query to Mr.Siddhartha Sarkar, learned Counsel

appearing for the defendant/judgment debtor as to how soon the decretal

dues can be paid to the plaintiff/decree holder.

       On instruction received from his client present in Court, learned

Counsel for the defendant/judgment debtor submits that the judgment

debtor shall pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before November 28, 2025

in favour of the plaintiff/decree holder and further sum of Rs.5,00,000/- by

December 15, 2025 for the time being towards part satisfaction of the

decree. The payment shall be made by way of transferring the fund through

electronic mode by crediting bank account of the plaintiff/decree holder.

       The plaintiff/decree holder through its advocate on record by way of

letter shall intimate the learned advocate on record for the judgment

debtor/defendant the particulars of bank account where the fund shall be

transferred.

       In view of the above, the matter shall appear under the heading "To

Be Mentioned" on December 2, 2025 to ascertain whether the first slot of

payment has been made as recorded above.
