Pursuant to the order dated 24th April, 2025, the Special Officer has filed a Report. A copy of the Report has been circulated to all the parties.
It is submitted on behalf of the director of the award-debtor that, the subject premises being premises no. 42/203 New Ballygunge Road, Kolkata- 700039 be put up for sale to liquidate the dues of the award-holder. 2
In such view of the matter, there shall be an order of attachment insofar as the above premises is concerned.
The Director of the award-debtor is directed to intimate the award- holder of any steps which are proposed to be taken for sale of the premises.
It is needless to mention that the final order of sale would be subject to confirmation by this Court.
Let this matter appear on 19th May, 2025. In the meantime, both parties are directed to take necessary steps for effecting sale of the above premises.
